- Conduct/Consulting Training for HRM’s/Higher level Executive team on Tracking Systems, Interview process, and questions
- Trained staff personnel on how to have a creative approach to passively searching for Medical Talent
- Create all job descriptions and templates for Arizona Market.
- Public speaking Domestically and Internationally to attract talent to AO, ETC.
