Responsible for maturing the Enterprise Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Business Intelligence capabilities - to comply with six Matters Requiring Attention (MRA).

• As a direct report to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), I led Enterprise Information Management and Business Solution Development for strategic data initiatives across eight Fannie Mae business units. Collaborated with key stakeholders across nine lines of business to drive Big Data program adoption, Analytics, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Architecture alignment, Education and Program execution, to address business challenges and gain a competitive advantage.
• During the financial crisis of 2008, the US Department of Treasury tasked Fannie Mae to build a new Data Integration and Aggregation solution to enable borrowers that were nearing foreclosure to refinance their loans. I led this high-paced initiative to build necessary capabilities to acquire loan-level data from 1500 seller/servicers, process and persist it in a large data warehouse, and generate required analytics and reporting for senior management and Treasury.
• Prior experience with large systems development within Single Family Technology and Capital Markets. Responsibilities and functions fell into three broad categories: Strategy Generation, Strategic Initiative Definition, and Planning and Management.
• Fannie Mae is the leader in Mortgage Finance with a trillion dollar portfolio. It was ranked #8 on the Fortune 500 list. Fannie Mae provides liquidity to the housing market, helps struggling homeowners, and creates a sustainable housing finance system for the future.

• Led multiple B2B e-Commerce initiatives as technical manager and solution architect.
