As Scrum Master

• Responsible for organizing daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning/review meetings and Sprint retrospective meetings.
• Responsible for removing impediments to the team’s Progress.

As Tableau Architect

• Instrumental in establishing Tableau Environments for EFR team by working closely with client EDO team as a Tableau Architect.
• Responsible for Reports Consolidation & rationalization exercise which involves eliminating redundant reports, grouping similar reports based on functionalities and instrumental in reducing the number of web focus reports to be migrated to Tableau and thereby reducing operational/support cost going forward.
• Responsible for rollout of detailed plan for phase wise migration of Web Focus Reports to Tableau.
• Responsible for the delivery of BI solutions using Tableau and demonstrate/present the same in terms of functionalities/data accuracy/value adds for the efficient/effective usage by business teams.
• Responsible for the communication to the clients in terms weekly/Monthly updates as needed with respect to Status on migration of reports from Web Focus to Tableau.

As Program Manager

• Manage and Coordinate all the work performed by the Cognizant Onsite and Offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery/deliverables.
• Participate in technical architecture discussion/sessions and provide thought leadership based on customer business and IT roadmap and mentor the Onsite & Offshore team as needed.
• Responsible to examine existing Reporting solutions and business requirements and provide strategic solutions to the client.
• Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive BI solutions to the client and demo/present the same in terms of functionalities/data accuracy/value adds for the efficient/effective usage by business teams.

As BI(Cognos/Tableau) Architect/Technical Project Lead/Manager

• Meet business users and understand/review requirements for migration of BI Apps from Novartis to Alcon.
• Instrumental in engineering/providing Proof of Concepts (POCs) involving Cognos 10 to 11 migration & Tableau Reporting for the migration of Business Intelligence/Reporting Applications from Novartis to Alcon Infrastructure.
• Responsible for the migration of Tableau visualizations and dashboards from 19.1 to 19.3 from Novartis to Alcon and for providing Comprehensive reporting solutions to the client as a Tableau Lead/Sr. Developer /Business Intelligence Lead/Architect.
• Responsible for the migration of Cognos Package, Reports & Dashboards from Cognos 10 to 11 and responsible for migration of Reporting Applications & Dashboards in Cognos, SSIS, and Tableau from Novartis from Alcon and for providing Comprehensive reporting solutions to the client as a Cognos/Business Intelligence Lead/Architect.
• Responsible for giving a walkthrough & delivering reporting and solutions (i.e. Developing/ migrating Reports/Dashboards in Cognos, Alteryx and Tableau) to the client and get the sign off from them.
• Working as Reporting Architect by managing the Reporting team from Onsite and to ensure timely Reporting deliverables to the client. Providing project status (Reporting & ETL) updates to the client on a weekly basis.
• To develop and guide team in building Tableau visualizations and dashboards using Tableau Desktop 10.4. Power BI Dashboards and SSAS Cubes/ Cognos Package & Reports by using Power BI 2.59 and Cognos 10 BI Suite.
• Involved in Building, publishing customized interactive dashboards in Tableau Desktop. For monitoring the status of the Cognos reports, Cognos Cubes & ETL workflow Status.
• Involved and guided team in creating Cascaded filters, Action filters, Parameters and Calculated fileds for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau and used Donut Charts, Butterfly and Bar charts along with maps and line charts and dual axis charts in The Dashboards.
• To review the Tableau Dashboards, Power BI Dashboards, SSAS Cubes/ Cognos Package & Reports/test results/scripts developed by the team and is responsible for providing Comprehensive reporting solution to the client as a Reporting Lead/Architect and Business Analyst.

• Working as Project Lead/Manager by managing the project from Onsite by reviewing the project timelines on a constant basis and ensure timely deliverables to the client. Providing project status updates to the client on a weekly basis.
• Meet business users/ Business Analysts and gather report requirements for Affy OPEX Integration and leading team as a Business Intelligence Architect by Providing Reporting solutions to the client.
• Leading Reporting team as a Business Intelligence Architect by Providing High Level Reporting solutions to the client i.e. Developing Proof of concepts and cognos architecture/High level reporting.
