A resident of Bloomington, I am actively engaged in teaching at Pontiac. With ten years of experience in education, my entire career has been dedicated to Pontiac #429, where I have assumed various leadership roles. For the past six years, I have served as the Early Learning teams teacher leader, demonstrating commitment to guiding and supporting colleagues. I also contributed to the special education task force, leveraging expertise to enhance inclusivity within the school system. Outside of work, I coached 6th-grade girls basketball from 2019 to 2024 and Junior High Golf in 2019, fostering teamwork and personal growth among young athletes. I also spend two days of my week tutoring at the ACHIEVE learning center in Pontiac. My passion for community involvement remains unwavering.
