As one of Bath and Body Works' top sellers, I am in charge of learning new knowledge and marketing every day so that I may apply it when meeting and talking to new customers without hesitation. My days mostly consist of reading people's emotions and trying to figure out what they want before they even know it. However, the best parts of my days are when kids come in with their parents, and I get to go around shop with them as well. Because to me, kids will forever bring me joy no matter the occasion, and any time I get the chance to work with them, I'm happy too! Growing up in a home with multiple siblings meant that taking care of children was nothing but another day for me. However, when I turned 15, a couple of my neighbors were struggling with trying to keep up with work and maintaining child care during the holidays. So, I asked if I could help and step in, which eventually led to me creating my very own little self-made childcare business where I learned to step up and think on my feet fast. My childcare status continued to grow into something more when those same neighbors spread the word on how much they appreciated my care, which eventually led to me working with a couple of their family friends, some new neighbors down the street, and now even my present co-workers' kids.
