After working in many different types of jobs, I realized that interacting with guest and providing them the best service was my favorite part of the job. I always enjoyed setting up dinner reservations for them and selling activities. After working many years in the tourism Industry I learned a lot about how to communicate with all sorts of personalities. My goal with this job is to meet and make a lot of clients and give them the best experience, but also to learn from the structures and standards that are set when working in a hotel.
