  I started working for GlasWeld in 2019, thanks to a good friend
  of mine. This job and company taught me so much about the
  workplace, the great products at GlasWeld, and how they work.
  I made great personal connections while being a part of the
  warehouse and has led me down a whole new path. This
  company and position are a huge part of who I am and who I
  have become in and out of the workplace. My knowledge and
  experience in the assembly of their products has allowed me to
  expand my work life, I was promoted in June of 2022 and moved
  up from the warehouse and began my journey in sales and
  technology.

  I began my adventure into sales very shortly after my warehouse
  position. I was learning a lot of new information, for example
  how to use our software systems such as CRM that is used to
  manage leads and our contacts which allows an easy system to
  process sales. I also learned another one of our systems called
  Zoho. Zoho is used to keep track of our stock levels, find parts,
  or accessories that might not be available on CRM. My sole
  responsibility is the East coast, a major part of my job is
  customer service and communication. I have gained a lot of
  knowledge on sales techniques as well as communication skills.
  Thanks to GlasWeld I have deciphered what I enjoy about sales,
  how I can apply these skills to my future jobs and have paved
  myself a solid route to a good career.

  After my journey in sales, I was promoted to become assistant
  manager of the GlasWeld warehouse. My main job was labeling
  products, making sure they’re built correctly, and that they’re
  ready to ship to the correct location. The most important part of
  my job is to watch over the warehouse and make sure everyone
  is doing their best work. This position allowed me to expand my
  leadership skills even more, also taught me how to be a reliable
  and helpful boss.
