Dedicated and motivated professional with strong experience in training, team leadership, and management. I bring a patient, steady approach to developing people, improving processes, and supporting organizational goals. With a growing interest in finance and business, I combine analytical thinking with practical, hands-on management skills. Known for clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. As a father of two, I value reliability, empathy, and long-term growth—qualities that shape my work ethic and leadership style.
It was my second full-time job while working at Taco Bell. The only equipment I operated was a backhoe and skid steer.
I started there as a senior and was shortly promoted to the AGM position before graduation. Since then, I've received general manager offers for three different Taco Bell stores, such as Rockwall, Heartland, and Bonham, but I politely declined due to my passion for school and discovering other careers. I have great relationships with the GM and area coach, having them as my references. I have also worked at the Taco Bell in Dallas.
I was referred to by a family member, where I started to learn the importance of leadership skills and building neutral relationships with managers and GMs, which enabled me to be promoted to shift lead at the age of 16 and a sophomore.
The first job I had when I was 15 and a freshman in high school still involves side jobs for them to this day.
