Me and a group of seniors at Sunnyside High School would go to Kings Canon Middle School to go do fun activities with the 7th and 8th graders and would connect with them and talk to them as much as we can to get to know them and act as role models for them. We would meet there once a week since the 29th of October in 2024, that was our first time meeting and doing activities with the 7th and 8th graders. It was a job one of my counselors at Sunnyside told me to try out and see how it goes and it went out well, I enjoyed learning how it was to be in middle school again because it was Covid during my middle school years, had to do the rest of it online. The Fresno Unified District paid us seniors, monthly till the end of May in 2025 because our last day with them was on the 13th of May.
