• Deliver specialized critical care to those suffering with critical brain injuries.
• Managed EVD's, LD's, and Bolts and assessed for ICP crisis.
• Monitored patients' respiratory status and ventilator operation and made adjustments to promote stabilization. Administered medications and set up for RSI's.

· ACP tasks: Perform foley placement, peripheral lab draws, IV placement, and central line dressing changes.

· Answer patient call lights, fall alarms, and staff assists to assess patients' needs and provide care when needed.

· Aid nurses & physicians in medical procedures and patient positioning.

· Document and communicate observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine

· Record, document and communicate vital signs, and intake and output.

· Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities.

· Assist patients in performing ADLs, and 1:1 feeding.
