I have progressively taken on more responsibility in my career & have been rewarded from those experiences. I have managed manufacturing operations engineering, new product development, mechanical design engineering, machine & automation system engineering, project management, project engineering & have actively performed each those roles. The common trend in my past roles is I have lead engineering & project teams to focus on solutions that solved problems & satisfied many customer needs. Director of Operations Engineering: Plant Engineering, New Product Development

  • As Director, responsible for all technical functions of plant manufacturing operations including new product development, project engineering, project management, extrusion blow & injection molding production machinery, plant infrastructure systems (air, electrical, water, vacuum, resin), assembly, & secondary finishing machinery
  • Responsible for Cap-Ex projects & the staff of maintenance, automation, robotics, tool & die, mold shop, new product development, & engineering

  • Throughout the project, I held weekly TEAMS meetings with BEKUM
  • I stayed in Austria 3 months to oversee the machine & system startup, qualify the mold, & train to operate the system so I could train my team

  • Project phases included concept, design, financial justification, project approval, funding verification, project implementation, commissioning, training, testing, & project handover to the plants
