Additional Information - Letter Of Recommendation

Dr Jared Myers, Pain Management, Risser Orthopedic Group, It is a pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for Jayleen Flores. My name is Dr Jared Myers and I work at Risser Orthopedic Group in the field of Pain Management. Jayleen has been employed under my department since April 2022 until present as my medical scribe. However, due to her notes enthusiasm, intelligence, genuine compassion and desire to serve, she has taken on far more medical assistant duties than a typical transcriptionist. She has assisted in rooming and interviewing new and returning patients, thoroughly documenting of course, entering orders, retrieving advanced MRI imaging reports and assisting with back office authorizations. She even took the initiative to help me market my cosmetic and regenerative treatments by single handedly starting an online professional social media site through instagram. In this day and age it is incredibly difficult to find honest hard workers like Jayleen, who actual put true care, dedication and diligence into their work. Jayleen also shower remarkable skills in a team setting by seamlessly coordinating between my primary medical assistant and my scheduling team in a daily basis. I know she will thrive in whatever position she is placed as she actively seeks additional knowledge and training from those around her to better understand the work flow mechanics. I could not recommend her more highly as she is without a doubt the best medical scribe/ assistant I have had over the past 7 years in practice. I am happy to answer any questions.
