• Supervise and support night staff, ensuring they are well-trained and effectively fulfilling their duties.
• Communicate any updates or issues to the day operations team to maintain continuity.
• Crisis Management
• Respond promptly to emergencies, medical incidents, or other unexpected situations during the night.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security, medical teams, and participants after hours.
• Oversee room checks, curfews, and overnight accommodations to ensure safety and order.
• Monitor facilities and coordinate with maintenance staff if any issues arise.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, activities, or any relevant observations.
• Relay key updates to program directors or other relevant personnel.
