  • Picked up and Dropped off parts from shop to shop
  • Picked up and dropped off Non CDL trucks for repair at our dealership. Delivered those trucks to customers once repairs were complete.
  • Worked in parts department serving customers, pulling parts and logging information for our sales.
  • Maintained the cleanliness of parts department, as well as the bays into which trucks are pulled in for repairs.

Cleanroom Packager (Cleanroom B) Oct.2017-Dec.2018

  • I started the day by changing into scrubs. Walking in to the cleanroom entrance, Changing into PPE, Sanitizing and applying gloves and boots in orderly fashion. Reviewing our PPE in the mirror to ensure its correct by our guidelines.
  • Used our "MBR" (Master Batch Records) to plan our day accordingly, to expedite our urgent surgical parts.
  • Match the parts to our "MBR". Verify the codes placed on parts, inspect for damages, and any staining.
  • Grab our packaging material, insert parts inside as part of "MBR". Seal, inspect for fibers, and ensure seal is crisp and flawless. Place back in the original bins to be processed outside of cleanroom. Move on to the next bin.

Ultrasonic Cleaner Dec.2018-Feb.2020

  • Started same process with PPE as cleanroom.
  • Verified "MBR" for parts that had just came in from being assembled. Count and verify parts, same as cleanroom. Start the ultrasonic process.
  • Ensure flow of water and temperature. Test each liquid thats used for the cleaning process to make sure it has a good water to cleaning solution ratio.
  • Took each part and placed inside cages, used computer system to log the parts that have been started for the process.
  • Start the machine and let it process its cleaning (1 Hr. wait time roughly.)
  • Before parts go into last process (Dryer) we blow off excess water from the prior cleaning. To make sure when it comes out that its completely dry.
  • Count, Inspect and verify all parts are clean and match "MBR" Check for any scratches. Place in bins to get pushed into cleanroom where they are ultimately packaged. Move onto the next bin.
