  • Mold preparation: the mold is cleaned and prepped, often with a lubricant to ensure the casting is extracted properly and efficiently
  • Mold Trimming: after the parts are extracted you then proceed to put the mold in a trim press, some involve using power tool and metal filing tool
  • Inspects casting defects with fixed gauges
  • I push buttons and switches to control the plunger that forces metal into die cavities
  • Use air hose to spray metal fragments from trimming press to ensure no damage to castings
  • When the robot arm fails you shut down the die machine to manually remove the casting from the mold and or cooling chamber
  • Clean & prep: at the end of every shift the operator cleans the area around the die casting machine to ensure safety
  • The operator is required to separate the casting parts into different baskets and layer them with flat cardboard

  • Assembled/Dismantled paint guns, also cleaning them by using an acetone solution as needed

  • Adjust paint guns to have optimal coverage on the top, bottom and middle of golf balls
