I applied to El Tigre convenience store as a cashier in Oct. of 2020 and got hired by my current manager Sonia Guerrero. I then was promoted to assistant manger into a year of working. I continued on as a assistant manager up to this moment. i started working with PDI and would ask for help from the office when i was having an issue. when receiving this help i would also be shown how to fix the issues for myself. i then would get asked for help from other assistants at separate locations regarding issues on PDI. i would assist them and guide them on how to fix these issues. I continue to assist my team members and manager, providing any type of help and reassurance as needed. I like to be a reliable and trustworthy team player.
I worked at Stripes/7-11 company part-time for a period span of 3 to 4 months while i was in high school. i learned i wasn't able to work and focus on my school work at the same time, so i made the decision to give my two weeks notice and resign to be able to finish up my school time.
