Working as a loss prevention agent with Securitas I quickly adapted to the fast paced environment and in a short time became and maintained being their top productive employee. I maintained apprehending multiple losses to the client with a rate of 8-13 thefts prevented a month. With multiple incidents of theft prevented twice in a day. I out produced my associates in loss prevention by up to 85%. I achieved being their top producing employee and was requested on multiple occasions to do special tasks or mentor other employees. My drive for high quality work ethic was seen in my tenure with Securitas. One of my greatest achievements while working with Securitas is when the company upgraded their technology from paperwork to computers. I took it upon myself to transfer well over 100 packets of bans, bans to serve, incident reports, and be on the lookouts to our secure computer. Thus, initiating the filing system for the site I was stationed. I did this in under a week. Organizing each file by incident report number, date, subject, expiration, and proper folder. At the end of my tenure with Securitas I was highly considered for the supervisor position.
