  • Execute contracts and amendments to create Purchase Orders for Patient Services department totaling ~$50M annually
  • Oversee and manage vendor requests that support Patient Services ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing including but not limited to savings cards, vouchers, pharmacy reimbursement and ad hoc programs or projects –averages approximately 50 purchase orders per month

  • Assist in the creation of Patient Services collateral for Copy Review Committee review (e.g Legal, Regulatory, brand teams) for our key assets across brands which total over 100 pieces. Ensure that these pieces are extended or withdrawn by checking monthly expiration reports and putting in for re-review where applicable
  • Collaborate with field sales reps, national account managers, and outside consultants to obtain required documentation for Eisai’s Corporate Exhibits & Sponsorships which involves approximately 25 states on a nationwide basis
  • Follow proper submission for review and approval then input documents into the Veeva Vector Sales Force System for Compliance review and approval
  • Process invoices, Statements of Work (SOW’s), Contracts and Amendments into SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system for creation of Purchase Orders
  • Submit all legal documents into internal Cousellink system for review and approval. Initiate Docusign where applicable.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, train, lodging, rental car, ground transfers, etc.
  • Manage and process expense reports
  • Submit documents into the Veeva Vault Promomats system for the Copy Review Committee (CRC) for advertising, promotional review / approval ensuring compliance as it relates to the submission, review, approval, archiving and overall management of advertising and promotion and other communication materials
  • Purchasing “P” Card administrator for payments pertaining to Meetings, Exhibits, and Conventions reconciliation for non-PO items
  • Human Health Care (hhc) Bridge Team committee member which supports Eisai's hhc mission. Assisted in developing a new Market Access Newsletter and also interviewing caregivers
