At the beginning of my flight attendant profession I went through an intensive three month training program through United that trained me in emergency evacuation procedures, CPR, and First Aid. I commute to work via Ontario International Airport and work various hours throughout the month depending on my flight segments. I fly both domestically and internationally.

• As the lead flight attendant, depending on the aircraft, I oversee the well-being of over 300 passengers including the responsibility to effectively communicate and direct information between passengers, pilots and crew members.
• While traveling internationally I manage first class cabins and maintain a high level of exceptional quality of service to very important persons from all around the world.
• My experience as a stewardess refined my customer service skills teaching me to give professional and timely assistance to passengers.
• I exhibit strong organizational skills when managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as preparing orders for passengers, accommodating comfort requests and ensuring safety regulations are being followed.
• As a flight attendant your co-workers are constantly changing. You most likely will not work with the same crew member twice. Due to this, I have developed very effective communication strategies with crew members to ensure smooth operations during flights.
• My experience as a flight attendant has improved my ability to adapt to any situation calmly and effectively. Whether that be flight delays, scheduled operations, or onboard emergencies I have mastered the art of being flexible.

For most of my professional career I have been a nanny. In that time I cared after the ages ranging from newborn to five years old. I had the wonderful opportunity to be apart of three different families during this time and worked a typical week of 45 to 50 hours.

• During my time as a nanny I performed housekeeping and cleaning duties for a family based on their desired weekly needs.
• I taught and performed age-appropriate activities, such as lap play, reading, and arts and crafts to encourage intellectual development of children.
• I instructed and assisted children in the development of health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet behavior.
• I observed children's behavior for irregularities, take temperature, transport children to doctor, or administer medications, as directed, to maintain children's health.
• I met regularly with their parents to discuss the children's activities and developments.
• Most importantly I built trust and meaningful relationships through open communication with both children and their parents.

During my time at school I picked up a second job working as a 'juicerista' to earn extra income. However, I was not in this profession for long due to being asked to work more hours with the family I was caring for at the time.

• As a juicerista I performed cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment sanitary.
• I replenished foods at serving stations and prepared various types of cold pressed juices.
• I resolved customer complaints promptly in a friendly manner while ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
• I operated POS system efficiently to process orders quickly and accurately while maintaining quality customer service.
