I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, 1976 and I am married with two children. For 23 years throughout my military career, I have been entrusted to lead and supervise multiple teams for diverse missions and have flawlessly succeeded while operating above standards. I am fluent in the Spanish language and I am experienced working with U.S. State, U.S. Federal, U.S. Embassies and International Law Enforcement agencies to provide the required level of executive protection support to assigned Principal. My vast knowledge and experience in the Protective Services Operations realm and accolades from the Department of Defense and Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Inspector General offices have singled me out as one of the subject matter experts (SME) in regards to worldwide PSD operations. Possess certification of conventional physical security/crime prevention course to plan and implement proper physical security measures to prevent terrorist acts, espionage, sabotage, pilferage, and property crimes. I currently posses an active TS-SCI clearance and has been active since 2006. I also posses one official passport.

• Provided Close in Personal Protection to six U.S. Department of Defense Combatant Commanders designated as HRP 1.
• Continuously received high remarks on all CID and DOD Inspector General Inspections, setting the standard for all DOD PSD's.
• Successfully lead a PSD team of 20 Soldiers without incidents
• Provided PSD insight / recommendation for Action Officers tasked to plan visits for DOD or Foreign Dignitaries to a Joint Combatant Command
