I started in the Manufactured Housing Industry as a Maintenance Technician with Chateau Communities approximately 30 years ago and learned hands on how to manage and maintain the grounds and buildings of numerous properties. While employed by Chateau Communities, Hometown America purchased Chateau Communities and I retained my position and was quickly promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. I continued my success with Hometown America and was soon promoted to Community Manager of a small 101 site community. I quickly moved to a larger property and was managing a 504 site community when Equity Lifestyle Properties purchased Hometown America, where I once again retained my position. I have now been with Equity Lifestyle Properties for 12 years where I have Managed and Interim Managed numerous properties. I am currently the General Manager for Okeechobee KOA RV Resort. This is the largest KOA in the United States and consists of 197 acres. The resort is staffed with 29 employees and has numerous amenities to include a 9 Hole Golf Course, General Store, Restaurant, Convention Center, 2 Swimming Pools, numerous Sports Courts and so much more. The property has 278 Annuals, 15 Cabins, 6 Park Models and 788 RV sites.
