I come from a military family in which my father is currently serving in. I recently moved to Fredericksburg, VA from Ft Lauderdale, FL. I am motivated to be a proficient barista with experience of working closely with teammates to serve guests. I diligently follow recipes to prepare food ingredients and complete the dishes diligently. I find enjoyment in baking and culinary arts with the satisfaction of growing in my creativity and doing what I love. Anyone I have worked with has referred to me being dependable and mature. With the experience of background in foodservice and related positions such as food drives and serving at weddings. The goal is to work effectively within teams on timely, high-quality food/drink preparation to drive patron satisfaction. Staying motivated to learn, grow, and excel in becoming an excellent Barista. One set of strengths I pertain is friendliness and remaining calm to stressful situations staying mentally organized.
