Ensures that high acuity e-consults, specialty referrals, laboratory and diagnostic testing are scheduled and confirmed with patients. Prints test results letters and scans/faxes forms to outside providers, as needed. Compiles and sends documents to HIM for scanning into HER. Requests outside hospitals records for empaneled patients. Follows appropriate procedure for receiving and logging-out patient related forms. Assist in scheduling providers using Amino (or other scheduling system). Assists in Cornerstone Training. Updates the communication board, daily, or more often if needed.

Trained and certified Notary. Full-administrative duties: appointment booking, accounting, customer information protection Different live scan requires me to search records and files for data to get Appropriate fees due.

Copying and scanning different reports to the state. At each month I must maintain ,sort, arrange and file documents to the state. Live scan have different fee associated with the scan, I must calculated the amounts due, collects the fees due and process the payment. I order office supplies to be use for the business and serve as the receptionist for large event I must do.

I have been CEO of A1 live scan for over 4 years. I handing payments including cash's, making change and writing receipts. I do the collections of fees and the payments need to operator the business.

I also do the banking with includes deposit and withdrawal. There are a lot regulation and policies pertaining to the fee need to be charge for live scan, so I need to be able to Interpret and explain the difference
