  • Waving tickets - In a GWS system I run different priority tickets making sure to get all orders Kaiser needs before the cut off times
  • When orders don’t print out or make it through the system then I would proceed to 'Troubleshoot' the Sku needed for an order using a software called Golden
  • In Golden I can pull up information needed to troubleshoot waves such as where the item is located, what type of item it is, pack quantity, new batches, etc
  • Working with the inventory team, I create replens needed for orders and also create a put away task for my inventory team to do
  • Paperwork - While waving tickets I also have to get paperwork ready for truck drivers
  • This includes invoicing routes, filling out BOLs with accurate information like the date, BOL number for the day, the seal number etc
  • Also printing out every pack slip needed and route paperwork for every route and every stop
  • Quality Control - Using a RF scanner to verify the medicine is correct and the batch numbers match the order ticket that is attached to the tote
  • Once this process is done then I move on to Anchoring 'staging'
  • Placing totes to the right stop assuring the pallets are accurate and are ready for delivery
  • Picking - Using a RF scanner to accurately pick items and scan them into a tote to be sent down to the QC area to be Quality checked
