Jazsmyn Lewis

A willing employee who cares about the goals and desires of the company and is on board to learn or apply current skill sets to achieve that goal. I thrive better with clear instructions and strict guidelines in any enviroment, whether it be fast paced and constantly changing or mellow and same schedule everyday. I have always been an eager learner of new possibilities and yearn to learn every role, station, or aspect of the company I'm working at. I find joy in learning and adding more skills under my belt and always look forward to what's next. No matter where I'm at I always apply myself and learn intentionally. After have been in leadership a few years I've learned I'd rather take a team of willing, open, honest, and humble people and teach them the necessary skills and move them up then take a team who has the skills but have poor attitude, non compliant, and lazy due to ego. I have always been option A no matter what job setting I'm in and is how I got my leadership roles.
