  • In completing the Inventory Program, I reviewed, sorted, and logged inventory of W/7s, 1040s, CP566s, undeliverables, correspondences, and various other forms of returns into the Real Time System (RTS) for further processing. I have a 14.5% increase from the previous week, and batching increased by 30% in the previous week.
  • After the Tax Examiner (TE) completes the certification of the taxpayer’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII). I would verify the envelopes of the original CCIA documents to ensure that they were properly validated and matched to the taxpayer, to ensure the safety and privacy of the taxpayer’s PII. Properly sealed all documents to mail back to the taxpayer.
  • Strip down the completed carts, and break them into detailed sorts for different departments. Correcting errors that are found by the clerks, making sure that work is being moved for the TEs and QRs, and sorting the carts in the proper order for ease of retrieval. Filling or performing other duties and specialties that need to be covered. Make sure the TE correction and mail are routed to the correct mailbox, and ensure the count is accurate.
  • In completing the Cycle Control Unit (CCU), the received carts are broken down and prepared for the File Department or the ITIN Suspense Wall. I was responsible for sorting and organizing all the work received in the CCU in a timely manner. Recording the volume in the CCU Volume Log as each cart is being sent out to the warehouse.
