The critical infrastructure team assists SIs, PDMGs, TFLs, PAGS, DIBD, and IBDs with projects that are flagged as critical infrastructure and or the 50% rule. We offer subject matter expertise to all involved. Additionally, we would put together repair and replacement estimates using RSMeans to determine if the damaged facilities meet FEMA's 50% rule for replacement.

• Validated category A (debris), B (emergency protective measures), & C (culverts) completed lane projects for FEMA
• Validated 150+ projects (roughly 70 cat As, 70 cat Cs, and the remainder were Cat Bs), 30 versions, and 5 Determination Memos in 2 years and 9 months
• Project costs ranged from $4,500 to $58,000,000.

• Validated category A (debris), F (utilities), and G (parks) completed lane projects for FEMA
• Validated 26 projects (roughly split evenly among all three categories) in 3 months
• Project costs ranged from $6,000 to $3,400,000.

• Site Inspector for FEMA
• The site inspections included all categories of work excluding cat Bs
• Performed site inspections in South Florida after Hurricane Irma for all categories of work
• Completed over 120 work orders with most requiring a site inspection
• Inspected churches, schools, hospitals, police stations, residences, historical homes, botanical gardens, marinas, beaches, light houses, parks, pump stations, lift stations, waste-water treatment facilities, and more.

• Residential / Commercial Senior Estimator
• Estimated over 500 projects
• Projects ranged from $20,000 to $6,000,000
• Projects included new residential construction, residential remodels, banks, restaurants, hospital additions and renovations, churches, strip centers, dental offices, lease spaces, and more
• Responsibilities included job cost reports, material takeoffs, project schedules, securing bids from sub-contractors, authoring contracts, creating schedule of values, ordering materials, and working with superintendents, project managers, owners, engineers, and architects.
• Residential / Commercial Project Manager
• Managed roughly 20 projects
• Projects ranged from $100,000 to $500,000
• Projects included residential remodels, lease space build-outs, and bank renovations.

• Mechanical Drafter responsible for drawing piping systems in papermills.

• Civil Drafter responsible for drafting land plots and city streets
• Land Surveyor that surveyed city streets and property boundaries.
