Communication Skills

Implemented monthly management meetings, which consists of reviewing previous monthly sales, upcoming ad campaigns, upcoming company changes and a Q&A session. These meetings give us a chance to collectively come together and brainstorm possible changes in the company and the direction we are headed, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and increased store sales.

Leadership Experience

Created a strong training program that is geared towards growth within the company. Covering all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the store level from the ground up but also in the corporate level. Re-instated the Better Idea Program which allows the employees to become personally vested in the growth of the company by seeing their ideas being utilized.
