  • Negotiated more than 40 sale and purchase transactions for FirstEnergy Generation Corp, ATSI, Ohio Edison, CEI and Toledo Edison.
  • Secured over 70 easement rights for various transmission projects involving multiple FirstEnergy service territories within Ohio and Pennsylvania.
  • Managed FirstEnergy properties by retaining leaseholders, increasing revenue and protecting corporate interests.
  • Supervised numerous Oil & Gas projects from engineering design to executing agreements.
  • Handled the Fastenal Company, North East Ohio account from 2005 to 2012, which involved 38 new store locations. While helping expand their business into new markets, I also negotiated numerous lease renewals and was able to reduce their rental obligation by 20% in 2012 alone.
  • Marketed a 95,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing plant, along with 10 acres of vacant land for Aerospace Technologies, Inc. Within a few months a long-term tenant was secured for the entire building, along with a buyer for the 10 acres that following month. The total revenue from this project was more than $2,500,000, with the potential for additional earnings of $3,000,000 via a pre-negotiated purchase option.
  • Worked with industrial suppliers to General Motors Lordstown Plant, and placed each client within tight location restraints, which totaled more than 225,000 Sq. Ft. of manufacturing space. The revenue generated was more than $3,000,000 from the multiple sale and lease transactions.
  • Negotiated the sale of a 35,000 Sq Ft. retail property to the Penske Automotive Group in Beachwood, Ohio. Closed the transaction within 45 days for 95% of the asking price or $3,875,000.
