• At First Realty I do property maintenance and management
• I fix things such as, plumbing, woodwork, HVAC, electricity, and a list of other trades.
• My job also consists of hauling furniture and outdoor work as well, such as, cutting and hauling trees, moving furniture, laying gravel and concrete, and fixing and maintaining a list of other exterior things and problems
• I Coordinate successful unit turnovers between leases by quickly completing necessary repairs and cleaning tasks within tight deadlines.
• I perform tasks within time and budget constraints.

I have grown up doing farm work for my family farm and other ranches and farms, land management for wildlife and hunting, carpentry work, painting, and my own maintenance/property management, for money on the side.

• At Tractor Supply I worked as a team member
• My job consisted of stocking items on the shelves, loading and unloading livestock and animal feed from trucks into the store, and above all heavily prioritizing customer service.
• Increased sales revenue by building strong rapport with customers and recommending appropriate products based on their needs.
• Achieved monthly sales targets consistently by implementing and learning effective sales strategies and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

• I was a member of the grounds crew during the summer of 21’ and ran a list of equipment from big 5-Deck mowers, Tractors, greens-mowers, and zero turns
• My job was maintaining the course and cutting grass on the course as well as taking care of the entire property.
• Optimized irrigation system efficiency through regular inspections and necessary repairs.
• Maintained aesthetic consistency across the golf course by following specific design guidelines.
