Chartwells K-12 chooses 2 outstanding employees from each region in the United State. I participated in a 6 week course to learn from leaders within the Compass company. I learned about Marketing, Human Resource, Waste Management, Safety and Menu Planning. At the end of the course, I was tasked to give a presentation on one of the topics. I choose marking and did my presentation on the focus groups and taste testing experiences that I do at one of my schools.
