As a Flight Checker my duties included and were not limited to :

• Following due process with the menu(invoice) for each flight assigned to me, while also maintaining proper time management.
• Checking the flights to make sure that the food is at the right temperature and the items in the carts match the menu(invoice) to avoid delays on departure from the facility.
• Operated scanning equipment in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
• Provided hands-on training and coaching for junior staff on office policies and regulations.
• Understood and followed oral and written directions.
• Exceeded customer satisfaction by finding creative solutions to problems.
• Maintained updated knowledge through continuing education and advanced training.

My duties as a Construction Worker included and were not limited to;

· Ensuring that accurate measurements were taken to ensure smooth and consistent workflow.

· Giving Estimates and monitoring progress of construction activities making sure deadlines were met.

· Giving the customer(s) explanations about their project, assisting with customer requests, and answering questions to improve satisfaction and promoting high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable and friendly service.

· Ensuring units operated safely by understanding how to operate and maintain job site equipment safely and for maximum productivity.

· Assisted with diverse construction challenges to help team and customer.

· Performed demanding physical work over extended periods and modeled positive attitude.

· Worked productively as lead or helping team member to drive customer satisfaction.
