

Guided by Arsène Wenger’s philosophy that a manager shows the way to success, I focus on developing athletes’ natural talent into high performance on and off the field. I am a proven leader and experienced manager who inspires, motivates, and brings out the best in diverse groups across cultures and age levels.
I also leverage strong recruiting strength through deep connections with MLS youth academies and international networks. Multilingual in English, Spanish, French, and Creole, I communicate effectively across global environments.
Playing Experience: 4 years NCAA Division II; 4 years in MLS; 4 years internationally (Malaysia and Taiwan); additional stints in USL and NASL; 8 years of National Team experience. Served as captain of the Haiti National Team and multiple professional clubs over a 10-year career. Recognized as a strong leader and motivational communicator, skilled in managing diverse groups.
Community Outreach: Four-year active member of SAAC as a student-athlete. Founded the Jean-Marc Alexandre Football Academy in 2007. Organized a 2009 shoe drive with Real Salt Lake and a 2013 equipment drive with Orlando City SC. Through these initiatives, developed strong experience in budgeting, management, and organizational leadership. Over 12 years serving the Verrettes, Haiti community through the youth academy.
