Jean Miguelite Maximé

Mr. Jean Miguelite MAXIMÉ holds a Master degree in education. He has held operational and administrative positions. He has a multi-dimensional capacity, notably in education and higher education. For the past ten years, he has taught at the École de la Magistrate, and has given a variety of lectures not only to cohorts of student magistrates, but also and above all to judges (sitting judges, examining magistrates, deputy government commissioners) from all the country's jurisdictions. He is a doctoral student in educational sciences at IUSE-CREFI, after a Master 2 in educational sciences with an internship at Sant Boniface University in Manitoba, Canada. He has a law degree and has been a member of the Port-au-Prince Bar for 26 years. He did a short-cycle specialization in Paris (IIAP) on public liberties and internal security. He is a university lecturer in organizational theory and school management. He has also taught ethics and deontology at the École de la Magistrate for the past 10 years. He has written six books, and in 2020 took part in the publication by L'Harmattan, Paris, of a collective scientific work on mediation.
