Hilton Garden Inn Denison/Sherman/At Texoma Event Center is a 130 room hotel located next to I-75. Texoma Event Center spans 20,000 square feet, including a ballroom capable of seating 1,000. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily at the Garden Grill and Bar. Magnolia Ballroom, Rosewood Ballroom, Green Room, Foxglove, Cypress, Juniper & Oleander.
After completing the various Hilton courses for example Hilton Accelerated Core Sales Training I Delivered multiple major accounts in AI/Tech Industry.
Delivered an additional 250K+ in new business in Key LNR new account business with current room night 550+ room nights in 10 months – another piece of new LNR business signed 10/25 has booked 491 rooms nights between month of Oct/Nov 2025.
Created 2025 & 2026 budget as well as 2025 & 2026 Roll Out Plan.
Structured LNR contracts with both dynamic and static pricing raising profit substantially.

With my aptitude within the financial market not only did I raise pricing to increase profit but raised area comp set pricing to chase our increases.
Sold out board room spaces to law firms month after month which included group room nights, food and beverage services for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Created and curated/priced out an extensive event catering menu that is standard use for all events at hotel.

In 2024 Created an Annual Tree Trimming Event where all businesses we worked with were invited into hotel to place an ornament for their business on our lobby Christmas Tree which stood from November 1st thru January 6th providing a marketing tool for our business base as well as community businesses. Used the opportunity to sign attendees up for Hilton Honors program.
