Day to day operations: Check emails from corporate office request, resident request, and communication with vendors. Next check phone messages. Based on emails and phone messages, I started the day. I keep a to do log of things needed to be done and mark off when things are completed as a reference with times, and dates. I schedule when and where jobs are to be done. I also order materials needed to complete each job if not in stock.
