I have done a various amount of work besides just the maintenance of ground what the company does is build from the ground up baseball fields and softball fields from the grade work to concrete to the fences from dugouts to hanging the nets and setting the poles for the backstop net using a crane i operated skid steers tractors top dressers ive done some welding and irrigation from the trenching to installation.

• Painted surfaces using brushes, spray guns, and paint rollers.
• Prepared surfaces and surrounding areas for painting using sandpaper, tape, and other materials.
• Painted indoor areas such as hallways, bathrooms, and lobbies.
• Prepared trim, walls and ceilings for painting by cleaning, smoothing, and priming.

• Maintained knowledge of industry policies and procedures to set up and operate equipment safely.
• Performed inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Provided on-the-job training to newly hired workers and team members.
• Set up machines to start production cycles and controlled machine settings.
