Riding horses, showing cows, exercising and running

I grew up on a small dairy farm in upstate New York, just outside of Saratoga Springs.  My love of animals, my work ethic, and my determination all stem from life on the farm.  Breeding, raising, and nurturing our cows to produce large quantities of milk, and be show quality remains one of my favorite things about my upbringing.  As a child I used to ride and show my horse as well, and I continue to have an affinity for riding.  Like riding and showing, exercising and running are the ways in which I center myself and relax.
