  • Collaborated with ICT to complete the MTSS Infrastructure Document and and create an Intervention Process Document that was specific to the needs and desired outcomes for our school based on historical data, as well as current data and aligned with our school improvement plan.
  • Established clear expectations for each case manager, team member and classroom teacher contributing to increased accountability for the intervention process within the group.
  • Organized monthly intervention meetings to review progress towards goals, discuss challenges faced by the team, and strategize solutions together.
