• I work with new or newer employees to assist them with client systems. I also help in their training, both as new hirers and once trained as they obtain client access.
• As a lead i am responsible for coaching employees on my team. I use this as a learning tool to ensure our representatives have the most accurate information available.
• I am responsible for sending com log request to the facility's and there is a response, sending it to the representative who submitted it.
• I am responsible for adding new dates of service to existing payment plans for several of our facilities and approving new plans.
• I am responsible for all supervisor calls with patients during my shift.
• I also work auto reconciliations for all facilities on my team.
• I am responsible for completing reports such as bad debit accounts reports, mail return reports, and holds reports.
• I also still take inbound patient calls when the queue is busy.

• This company distributes, repairs, and sales POS or Point of Sale equipment. This included existing businesses and new construction.
• My position as Resources Manager was to post jobs and hire technicians to complete the installations and repairs. I posted jobs to platform sites and the technicians could bid on the jobs.

I was also responsible to make sure all needed equipment or supplies were ordered and delivered to the sites before the scheduled repair date.

Once the job was completed i processed the technicians payment and reimbursement for any materials or supplies the technician may have purchased. Also, depending on the area we also reimbursed the technicians for tolls and parking in areas like New York, Chicago, and other large cities.
