• Built professional relationships with colleagues at all levels(coaches, players, Athletic Directo)within the organization, strengthening interpersonal communication skills during the internship experience.
• Reported back to coaches to receive day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
• Gained exposure to various aspects of the industry through active participation in company events, workshops, and training sessions during the internship period.
• Developed time-management skills through balancing multiple assignments while consistently meeting deadlines during the internship period.
• Assisted with planning and carrying out recruit visit for potential visit.

Some of my roles during practice and games(home and away) included:

• Rebounding and passing the pall.
• When needed I would play against the player.
• Setting up practice gear(cones and pads).
• Filling up water bottles for players and water jugs for away team.
• Running the clock during practice..
• Giving out tours of our facility for guest and their families.

During recruit my roles included:

• Setting up and takedown for during tailgates.
• Picking up and dropping off recruits and their families from their parking spots.
• Taking recruits and their families to the football games.
