2017 (PI: KuoRay Mao)

  • Synthesized the current literature on Green Victimization and related topics in preparation for PI to do work in this area.


2015 – 2017 (PI: Prabha Unnithan)

  • Worked with a team to develop and administer a survey to undergraduates evaluating perceptions of the Colorado State University Police Department, as well as awareness of and participation in CSUPD sponsored programs.
  • I also supervised undergraduate research volunteers working on phone banks to administer the survey.
  • This project was funded by CSUPD.


2012-2014: Master's Thesis (Advisor: Peggy Petrezelka)

  • Media analysis project evaluating the framing used in local newspaper coverage of the shale oil boom in S. Texas as compared to the framing of the issue used by dominant anti-fracking groups and the oil and gas industry through industry trade associations.


2012 – 2014 (PI: Peggy Petrezelka)

  • Participated in qualitative research, interviews and focus groups, investigating the communication patterns between oil and gas industry actors and communities experiencing rapid growth in oil and gas development in South Texas’s Eagle Ford Shale region.
  • Assisted in using the data gathered through qualitative research to design a survey to be sent to a sample of the total population living in this region of Texas.
  • This project was funded by the US Department of Energy.
