I feed the bellies into an injector while removing any and all bone left in the belly. After that the belly is put on a hook and hung on a tree. I was trained and received my license on a palette jack and a fork lift. I was also trained and certified on how to make the pickle for the bellies.

I assisted patients and provided a safe environment for their rehabilitation.

Making sure all food was made fresh and sent out to the customers in a timely manner. Was also trained in the ice cream station along with running the registers.
