• Perform investigations using a variety of methods to reduce likelihood and severity of risks
• Coach and educate employees and subcontractors on client safe working practices
• Oversee and document compliance with BSEE regulations throughout contractors on the platforms

• Execute company and client audits to ensure compliance and safe working practices

• Pursue working relationships with craftsmen and foremen to continue a safety culture that reduces, and self identifies hazards and risks

• Deliver safety meetings on a wide range of topics to individuals, entire jobsites, or business/corporate professionals.

• Treat minor first-aids and ensure anything other than first aid was properly treated as well as using strong case management skills.

• Provide on the spot safety coaching on unsafe findings to individuals and crews to create a safer culture.

• Responsible for implementing safe working habits during turnarounds, safety maintenance supervision, and safety management of turnarounds.

• Duties include but are not limited to:

o Developing and maintaining company and client relations

o Develop/ edit company policies to comply with changing regulations

o Development/Overseeing use of Safety Reports Software

o Ensuring company compliance in ISN and Avetta

o Developing safety resources for the company (training etc.)

o Track and report trending topics from safety reports

o Pursue working relationships with site management and corporate level management to build a safety culture that reduces, and self identifies hazards and risks.

o Developing Site Specific Safety and Health Plans

o Identifying offsite emergency medical facilities and implying it to onsite safety personnel

o Incident Management which included being involved with incident investigations to determine the root cause and provide detailed reporting to the proper personnel.
