Process Optimization:

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, or Six Sigma.
• Document and standardize processes through work instructions and operation sheets.

Production Management:

• Provide daily support to production lines by resolving technical issues or process variations.
• Ensure availability of equipment, tools, and materials to meet the production plan.
• Coordinate new product launches and engineering changes.

Project Management:

• Lead continuous improvement, cost-reduction, and capacity-increase projects.
• Evaluate new technologies and justify investments through cost–benefit analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and maintenance teams.
