I am currently a Sr. Project/Eng/OPS/Coordinator with a proven track record at Micron, showcasing advanced skills in instrumentation design and effective leadership. I also excel in mentoring, quality control, and project management, demonstrating a high level of understanding and communication. I feel I have what it takes to lead a team forward, and have success in all aspects of our work. I have completed many classes within the Micron Workday training program to include Leading at Micron, Business Writing, and Project Management Fundamentals. These classes will help me be more effective as a leader.
Advanced to P-4. Current job duties include contractor management, drawing review, and project design signoff. Other duties include parts ordering, and design assistance with engineering. I am also currently involved with the ID1 I&C design, helping Curt Lake with design questions and research. I completed all of the classes required to qualify for the advancement, so I am hoping that puts me in a good position for future job opportunities.
Advanced to a P-3. More time is spent on admin and supervision, and not working with tools in the field. More time is spent on mentoring and leading. More time is spent with engineering and special projects. Doing more QC on new buildings and systems being installed by outside contractors on site.
Moved to a P-2 coordinator position. Began to use the tools less, and worked more on supervision of contractor work. Working more with engineering to aide with design and comissioning.
