I over saw All aspects of the Removeable Department and managed it"s employees.. I Transitioned into the Senior Removeable Technical Advisor Role.. I spoke to accounts on issues with cases. I evaluated the Physical impressions and bites that came in. I also reviewed the Scans that were sent by the accounts and called each office if there was an issue that needed resolving.

I handled All aspects in the Removable Department.. Setting teeth and finishing Dentures and Handling calls from accounts.. I also helped with Training of new employees..On coming and out going QC
