Plant Supervision: Manage the work loads of each department based on the production and delivery schedule. Be sure all appropriate parts are picked for each department.
Quality Control: Review all o
rders prior to completion and delivery off the product. Be sure truck is loaded correctly based on orders provided. Take photos and catalog each delivery based on individual stops.
Sales: Follow up with all sales leads. Meet with customers and provide a detailed proposal for each job. Follow up with each prposal as well as submit and track all permitting.
Work Crews: Put together competent work crews based on work load. Material takeoff for each job and schedule delivery of all materials. Monitor work crews on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and company quality standards.
