  • Organized the submission of 15 serial PPAP packages to multiple OE customers. This involved working with the global development team to collect the necessary engineering, testing, manufacturing, and quality information needed for OE approval
  • Developed and managed the Global Warranty Claims process for multiple OE customers, providing thorough 8D documents that contained the initial unit testing, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation timelines.
  • Created extensive cross-functional OPL checklists and organized weekly meetings between technical and manufacturing teams. These discussions focused on driving all product development and release timelines to completion, removing critical impediments that impeded the velocity of the team.
