FAA Certified Repairman since 2013 and the Only hourly employee to hold this title.

Was the lead on streamlining the B1 Recore process.

Lead for the implementation of a sandblasting operation improvements and preventative maintenance.

The first employee at Forest location to be award Quality Hero.

Implemented numerous process improvements such as improving the machining of the batwing strut arms going from six hours to one hour.

Trouble shoot any mechanical issues, maintain equipment, preventative maintenance and oversee pollution program.
